Best service tech!
We called this morning as our heater would not turn on. We were told they could get a person out the same day, which was unexpected and awesome. Joel was our technician and he did an incredible job. By process of elimination he was able to determine a malfunction that most would not find. He is the best tech we have had since being in this house. He is also friendly and respectful,of keeping work area clean. I highly recommend him.

Had an intermittent problem with my new Coleman Heat Pump. Joel was scheduled for after lunch but actually made it earlier. We talked about the issue, he checked out some things, consulted with another technician and was pretty sure he fixed it. But because we couldn't make it do what it was doing while he was here, he left me a list of things to check over the next day or two and a direct line to contact him with the results. A group of techs back at the office researched the issue further and Joel came out the next day with another change. That was Christmas-eve. Two days later, Joel called back to ensure the problem was fixed. I've rarely seen that kind of dedication exhibited by a technical service company. Good on'ya Ponderosa. And whatever you're paying Joel it isn't enough. He's your best representative of your customer service priorities. Thanks to you all.

When we were vacationing at our Black Butte Ranch home recently, the AC stopped working effectively. Of course, it was in the middle of a heat wave and on a weekend evening. I called Ponderosa and in less than an hour John arrived to save the day. Besides my hoards of grandchildren running around and probably getting underfoot, he had to knock down a wasps nest near the AC unit before he could complete his work . Hazardous duty for sure. He was very knowledgeable and courteous even after what was most likely a long hot day for him. He diagnosed the problem and set up the repair, and now all is completed.

John S. took care of the concerns I had with the heat pump. He took the time to explain things and during his time at my home, I decided to sign up for the Bronze service.
